Sobremesa
Das spanische Wort Sobremesa beschreibt die Zeit
nach dem Essen, wenn alle noch eine Weile am Tisch sitzenbleiben und
über alles Mögliche sprechen.
Bei einer Sobremesa von EAR stellt nach dem
gemeinsamen Essen in der Vermittlungsküche eine* Kolleg*in etwas aus
ihrer Praxis zur Diskussion. Die Sobremesa ist ein informeller Rahmen,
der einen vertieften Austausch ermöglicht. Wegen diesem
Anliegen und wegen des begrenzten Platzes in der Vermittlungsküche ist
die Anzahl der Teilnehmenden auf ca. 15 beschränkt.

The Spanish term sobremesa refers to the time after a joint meal, when people stay around the table and conversations evolve.
At the sobremesas of EAR after dinner in the education cuisine a colleague shares insights from her/his practice for discussion. Sobremesa is an informal space for in-depth exchange. For this reason and because of the dimensions of the cuisine participation is limited to 15 people.
